How it works

What a month of care looks like.

Concierge therapy is psychotherapy built around close, continuous attention rather than a single weekly hour. Here is the shape of an engagement — the details are tailored to you and shared privately once your application is reviewed.

A confidential conversation

We begin by listening: what brings you here, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different.

The first weeks

Multiple sessions a week to build understanding quickly, and to work with what is most pressing as it unfolds.

A steady rhythm

Sessions arranged around your schedule, with direct text and email support between them for the moments that matter.

What is concierge therapy?

In conventional therapy, life happens between appointments and gets reported later. Concierge therapy closes that gap. A clinician works with a deliberately small number of clients, meets more often, and remains reachable between sessions.

The result is care that keeps pace with a demanding life — and work that goes deeper, because it happens closer to the moments that shape you.

Engagements are monthly

Clients join for a month at a time. Each month, we look together at what is changing and adjust the rhythm of care to fit what you need now.

Pricing and practical details are shared privately after your application is reviewed and we have spoken.

Privacy throughout

Sessions take place by secure telehealth, from a setting of your choosing. Your inquiry, your application, and your work with us are held in strict confidence.
